Legal Release Agreement

This Legal Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you and STATUP ("Company").

1. Release of Liability

By using our platform, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue STATUP, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you while participating in or using our services.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that using our platform involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to financial investment risks, business partnership risks, and other risks associated with business development and investment activities. You voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown.

3. Information Release

By posting your business information on our platform, you grant STATUP permission to share this information with other users, including potential investors, partners, and advisors, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the visibility settings you select.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STATUP against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by you or anyone on your behalf, including attorneys' fees and any related costs.

5. Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

7. Acknowledgment

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. You further acknowledge that this Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and STATUP regarding the subject matter herein.
